1) The pre-fabricated operating room panels are made using Aluminium composite panels (ACP panels). 2)The panels are made up of (1.5mm thick backed) by the 12mm gypsum board fixed by grouting on the finished and plastered masonry walls of the operating rooms. 3) The panels are a smooth finish as per the choice of the color coating of >300 microns including priming and finishing. The junctions are sealed with suitable sealants. 4)The panels are designed to have a flush finish with the coved corner with easy cleaning. Filling with all the joints and the cavities with the epoxy fillers and sanded flush to provide a jointless/seamless finished sprayed with a water-based liquid plastic accepting and self sterilization wall coating systems. 5)Overall thickness of each panel can be between 50-80mm.
